Spell Description

One creature within range that you can see is bothered by an illusory pest that only it experiences. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed saving throw, the target has disadvantage on all Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration for the duration of this spell as the target experiences an annoyance that is ever out of sight but continues to buzz or whizz around the target's head.

Until the spell ends, you can, if you can see the target, use your bonus action deal 1d4 psychic damage to the target automatically as it experiences a sudden sting or jerk of pain.

At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Intelligence saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.

A creature that is immune to being confused is immune to this spell.

Cantrip Scaling. This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
