Spell Description

You cause plants to sprout on the ground in a 30-foot radius sphere centered on a point within range. These magic plants are razor sharp with tiny, serrated needles, though they are indistinguishable from and blends seamlessly with non-magical, harmless vegetation.

For the duration, the area becomes difficult terrain and creatures in the area take 2d4 piercing damage for every 5 feet it travels. Upon inspection, the plants seem harmless. Any creature that can't see the area at the time the spell is cast must make a Wisdom (Perception) check against your spell save DC to recognize the terrain as hazardous before entering it.
