Spell Description

The next time you attack a creature with a weapon before the end of your turn, your weapon flares with white-hot intensity as you strike. You gain a bonus to your weapon attack roll equal to your spellcasting ability modifier.

On a hit, the attack deals an extra 1d6 fire damage and the target starts burning.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the fire damage on a hit increases by 2d6 for each slot above 1st.
