Spell Description

With a whistle you rouse woodland spirits to your aid. When you cast this spell, you summon a woodland critter (see templates below).

In addition, the summoned creature gain one of the following special abilities when you cast this spell:

  • Amphibious. This creature has a 30 feet swim speed and it can breathe water as well as air.

  • Climber. This creature has a 30 feet climb speed and proficiency in Dexterity saving throws.

  • Digger. This creature has a 5 feet burrow speed and tremor sense out to a range of 10 feet.

  • Flyer. This creature has a 30 feet fly speed.

  • Runner. This creature’s speed is 40 feet (instead of 30).

  • Swimmer. This creature has a 40ft swim speed and no normal speed. It can also breathe water instead of air.

In addition, the woodland critter has one of the following additional abilities:

  • Darkvision. This creature can see in darkness within 60 feet.

  • Hunter. This creature has proficiency in Stealth and Survival.

  • Mount. This creature is large instead of small.

  • Tracker. This has proficiency in Perception and Survival.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the you summon one additional wildlife critter for each slot level above 2nd. You must choose the same abilities for each summoned creature.
