Spell Description

With a keen you rouse tempest spirits to your aid. When you cast this spell, you summon a sky titan (see templates below).

In addition, the summoned creatures gain one of the following special abilities when you cast this spell:

  • Stormwing. Once on each of the creature’s turns, it can create a strong gust of wind targeting all creatures in a 60 feet line that is 10 feet wide. A target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d8 thunder damage and be pushed 15 feet directly away from this creature.

  • Thunderbird. This creature exudes harmful aura. Each other creature that moves within or ends its turn within 15 feet of this creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d10 lightning damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th, the summoned creature gains both the stormwing and thunderbird special ability as well as the following special abilities:

  • Phoenix. This creature is huge instead of large and has immunity to fire damage. This creature also sheds bright light in a 60-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. In addition, all the creature’s attacks and abilities deal fire damage instead of the listed damage.

  • Fiery Death and Rebirth. When this creature dies, it explodes. Each creature within 60-feet of it must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed saving throw, a creature takes 4d10 fire damage and starts burning. On a successful saving throw, a creature takes half damage and does not start burning. This explosion fire also ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't worn or carried.

    The explosion destroys this creature and leaves behind an egg-shaped cinder that weighs 5 pounds. The cinder is blazing hot, dealing 10d6 fire damage to any creature that touches it, though no more than once per round. The cinder is immune to all damage, and after 1d6 minutes, it hatches a new sky titan under your control instead.

Elemental Form This creature can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. Any creature that touches this or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 1d10 lightning damage. In addition, this creature can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. The first time this creature enters another creature's space on a turn, that creature takes 1d10 lightning damage.

Siege Monster This creature deals double damage to objects and structures.

Actions

Tempestous Swoop. Melee Attack, Melee Attack, reach 5 ft., 2d10 slashing damage. On a hit, this creature can immediately make another attack against the target. On a hit, this additional attack deals 1d6 slashing damage and 3d6 thunder damage and the target is knocked prone.
