An experience the targets' unfortunate end takes root in the mind of up to three creatures within range. A target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed saving throw, a target takes 3d8 psychic damage and is frightened of one creature or object of your choice for the duration. While frightened, a target is also incapacitated while it can see the source of its fear. At the end of each of its turns, the target must make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.

A creature that dies while under the effect of this spell cannot be brought back to life except by a Wish spell.

This spell has no effect on constructs or undead.
