Spell Description

A weapon you touch becomes infused with elemental energy.

Choose one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder. weapon gains a special ability based on the chosen damage type:

  • Acid. On a hit, the weapon deals an additional 2d4 acid damage.

  • Cold. On a hit, the weapon deals an additional 1d6 cold damage and the target’s speed becomes reduced by 10.

  • Fire. On a hit, the target starts burning.

  • Lightning. On a hit, the weapon deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage. On a critical hit, the target becomes dazed until the beginning of your next turn.

  • Thunder. On a hit, the weapon deals an additional 1d6 thunder damage and pushes the target 10 feet directly away from you unless it is huge or larger.
