Spell Description

You brandish the weapon used in the casting of this spell with divine might and make an attack with it against one creature within the weapon’s reach.

On a hit, the target suffers the weapon’s normal damage, and the target has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn.

On a critical hit, the target is blinded until the beginning of its next turn if it is an aberration, celestial, elemental, fey, fiend, or undead.

Cantrip Scaling. On a hit, this attack deals an addition 1d4 radiant damage when you reach 5th level and again at 11th level (2d4), and 17th level (3d4). These bonus damage dice are increased to d8 against aberration, celestial, elemental, fey, fiend, or undead.
