Choose one creature, object, or magical effect you can see within range. Any spell of 3rd level or lower on the target ends. For each spell of 4th level or higher on the target, roll a d20 and add your spellcasting ability modifier. If the result is 10 + the spell's level or higher, the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you automatically end the effects of spells on the target if the spell's level is equal to or less than the level of the spell slot you used. When you cast this spell using spell slot of 9th level, this spell automatically ends any spell effect. Even spell effects normally not affected by dispel magic (such as the antimagic field spell).
